1. AGREEMENT AND BINDING CONTRACT

By using NBCI services you agree to follow all the rules in this document. This is a legal contract. If you don’t agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

Your use of the Services means you accept these terms. NBCI can change these rules at any time. If you keep using the Services after we make changes, you accept the new rules.

2. WHAT WE PROVIDE

We provide the Services as they are, with no promises or guarantees. The Services may include:

Digital content
Software and applications
Features and tools
Information and resources

Your access is personal to you only. You cannot share it with others. We do not promise the Services will always work, be fast, or be available all the time.

3. NO REFUNDS - MONEY IS FINAL

All payments are final. You cannot get your money back. This is true no matter what, including:

You don’t like the Services
You don’t use the Services after buying
You change your mind
The Services have problems or bugs
Your account is closed
You have any complaint
We stop or change the Services

You have 30 days before you pay to test the Services. Once you pay, you cannot get a refund. By paying, you say you tested the Services and accept they cannot be refunded.

CHARGEBACKS ARE FRAUD: If you ask your bank to take back the money (chargeback), we will:

Close your account forever
Delete all your data
Keep all your money
Take legal action against you
Make you pay for our costs and lawyers

4. WHO CAN USE THE SERVICES

You promise that:

You are 18 years old or older
You have the right to make this agreement
You are not banned by law from using the Services
All information you give us is true and correct
You keep your password safe and secret
You are responsible for everything done on your account

5. THINGS YOU CANNOT DO

You agree NOT to:

Share your account with anyone or sell access
Try to break into the Services or disable security
Copy the code or try to figure out how it works
Automatically download or copy content
Create fake accounts or pretend to be someone else
Threaten, abuse, or harass anyone
Send viruses or harmful code
Use the Services for illegal activities
Lie or trick anyone
Steal other people’s work or privacy
Try to hack our systems
Sell accounts or pretend our Services are yours

6. WE OWN EVERYTHING

Everything in the Services is ours – all content, software, designs, and ideas. We give you permission to use the Services only for yourself, not for business.

You cannot copy, change, share, sell, or use anything without our written permission. If you do, we will take legal action.

7. HOW YOU PAY

Prices are in the currency shown when you buy
You may need to pay taxes
You must give us correct payment information
If payment fails, we will close your account
We can close your account without warning if payment fails or is fake
Closed accounts cannot be recovered and you lose all money and data

8. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

We can close your account immediately without warning if:

You break any rule in this agreement
You do something illegal or fraudulent
You ask your bank to take back the money
We think you are a fraud risk
Your account shows abuse or breaking rules
You don’t answer our questions

When we close your account:

You lose all access immediately
All your data is deleted
You get no money back
You are responsible for any damage you caused

9. YOUR DATA AND INFORMATION

We are not responsible if your data is lost, broken, or stolen. You must backup your own data. We do not promise to recover data after we close your account.

By using the Services, you accept the risk of losing your data. Read our Privacy Policy to see how we handle your information.

10. WHAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR

We are NOT responsible for:

Indirect or hidden damages
Lost money or lost business
Service stops or downtime
Bugs or errors in the Services
Hacking or security breaks
Problems from third parties
Anything that happens from your use of the Services

We will not pay you more than the total money you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. THE SERVICES ARE "AS-IS"

We give NO promises about the Services, including:

No promise the Services will sell or work well
No promise the Services will never stop working
No promise we will fix problems
No promise the Services are safe or private
No promise we own the Services

You use the Services at your own risk.

12. YOU MUST PAY FOR DAMAGE YOU CAUSE

If anyone sues NBCI because of you, you must pay for:

Lawsuits and lawyers
Damages and fines
All costs and losses

This includes problems from how you use the Services, breaking these rules, illegal activity, or any content you upload.

13. LINKS AND OTHER WEBSITES

The Services may have links to other websites. We are not responsible for those websites or their content. They may not be safe or legal. You use them at your own risk. We don’t support them.

14. PROBLEMS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible if we cannot work because of things we cannot control, including:

Natural disasters
War or terrorism
Pandemics
Government action
Problems with internet or power

15. WHICH LAWS APPLY

This agreement follows the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any court case must happen in Quebec, Canada..

16. HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS

Any problem must be solved by arbitration (a private judge), not in court. You cannot be part of a class action lawsuit. You cannot sue together with others.

17. IF PART OF THIS IS WRONG

If any part of this agreement is not allowed by law, we will change that part just enough to make it okay. All other parts stay the same.

18. THIS IS THE WHOLE AGREEMENT

This is the complete agreement between us. NBCI can change these terms anytime by putting new terms on the website. If you keep using the Services, you accept the new terms.
